Popular Meditation Postures
For those meditation postures when you're seated on a chair, you may also like to experiment with a wooden block under the back legs of the chair. This has the effect of making it easier to maintain an upright posture and also angles the hips forwards to create better bodily alignment.
For any of the postures below, you shouldn't experience pain. If you do, try adjusting your posture or try one of the others.
