Integrating acts of self-compassion into daily life can be tricky. It's easy to forget or run out of ideas (or both!). If this sounds like you, why not give the Self-Compassion Bowl a try. It's a simple idea:
Find a bowl
Write acts of Self-Compassion on pieces of paper cut into strips. One idea per piece of paper.
Drop in the bowl
Then simply pick an item at random once or more per day as you walk past the bowl.
