Description
Welcome to Compassionate Mindful Resilience. CMR is a 4-week course (2 hours per week) designed for the "time poor" looking to learn how to effectively reduce stress using short techniques and short mindfulness and meditation practices. Over the 4 weeks you'll: - Explore mindfulness & compassion, including the benefits of mindfulness in daily life (both at work and outside of work). - Learn how to cultivate greater emotional intelligence and explore why this is important for your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of your work colleagues and teams. - Discover how to develop greater resilience for life's challenges. - Learn how to appreciate the good in life and the importance of self-appreciation, kindness and compassion when it comes to safeguarding your own wellbeing. - Learn a number of short coping strategies and 10-minute meditations to help you reduce stress, calm the mind and improve focus.
