Stimulus & Response

Directly after the stimulus that occurs as part of an event in our lives, there's an opportunity to take a "mindful pause" and respond with greater kindness & awareness. By practicing mindfulness & meditation regularly, we can cultivate our ability to "pause" and by choosing to respond in more productive, calmer, kinder ways we reduce our own stress levels, the stress levels of others and improve our relationships with the people in our lives.
