Designed specifically for those who are "time poor", this course will explore your personal stress triggers and responses and teach you 10 minute practices to help reduce stress, manage anxiety, prevent burnout and practice self-care.

  • Body Scan practice: Taking attention out of our heads and into the body.

  • Gratitude practices: For greater appreciation of the positive events in your life.

  • Short coping strategies: To help manage stress & anxiety "in situ".

  • Kindness & Self-care: The importance of looking after our own wellbeing, including practical hints & tips.

  • Neuroscience: Discover how our brains work the way they do and why that's OK.

Our CMR course is open to anyone working in a leadership role (managers, team leaders, directors, executives and business owners) looking to improve their mental wellbeing and reduce stress using mindfulness and meditation. No prior experience is needed - just a willingness to show up and participate.
