Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR)
Our CMR course is suitable as either a standalone course or as a course taken either before or after the MBSR course.
Focussed on shorter, evidence-based practices, participants will learn techniques to help manage stress, enhance well-being and become both more resilient and compassionate in everyday life.

About Our Online CMR Course
Taught over a 4-week period via Zoom
1 * 2 hour session per week
Suitable as either a standalone course or a course taken before or after our MBSR course
Learn tools and techniques to develop improved self-awareness & self-compassion, leading to more resilience
Focus on learning shorter meditation practices that fit in with busy schedules
Learn from the experiences of others via group discussion
Guided audio meditations provided, to practice in your own time
A safe space to learn how to live a life filled with more calm, compassion and resilience
Each session will explore both mindfulness and compassion using discussion, activities, meditation and mindful movement.
